Christina, Medical Record Auditor

Joe

Christina started with Society Hill Veterinary Hospital in March of 2008 as a veterinary assistant, but has been filling the role of medical record auditor from home since the birth of her first daughter in 2012. In her auditing role, she is responsible for reviewing the medical records of every patient that comes into the hospital. This ensures that everything has been properly recorded and meets the standards of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).

"What I like most is that I'm able to ensure pets are receiving the highest standard of care they deserve by making sure no pets are missing and client communication is being made in a timely fashion," she says.

Although Christina doesn't get much of a break from caring for her two young daughters, she enjoys baking, reading, drawing, and playing video games when she has the time. She is also a member of the ASPCA and an advocate for food allergy and anaphylaxis awareness.
