Our Administrative Assistants

Chris, Service Analyst

Chris has been our service analyst since November of 2009. Working behind the scenes, he completes statistical analyses of all aspects of our hospital and performs a variety of IT functions. He also helps us keep inventory well-stocked by running inventory report analyses. He most enjoys creating intuitive spreadsheets to analyze data and providing reports on the results. He hold an Associate's Degree in computer science.

"I like working here because I like my co-workers," he says. "They are easy to get along with and care greatly for the patients they see."

In his free time, Chris enjoys watching his favorite TV series and movies, camping, playing volleyball, and working on the development of a couple new software applications and other personal projects.

Christopher N., Medical Record Auditor

Christopher started with Society Hill Veterinary Hospital in March of 2010 as a veterinary assistant, but has been filling the role of medical record auditor from home since the birth of his first daughter in 2012. In his auditing role, he is responsible for reviewing the medical records of every patient that comes into the hospital. This ensures that everything has been properly recorded and meets the standards of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).

"What I like most is that I'm able to ensure pets are receiving the highest standard of care they deserve by making sure no pets are missing important doctor notes and records, and that client communication is being made in a timely fashion," he says.

Although Chris doesn't get much of a break from caring for his two young daughters, he enjoys reading, drawing, and playing video games when he has the time. He is also a member of the ASPCA and an advocate for food allergy and anaphylaxis awareness.
