Veterinarian:

You will enjoy working in our beautiful, well-equipped facility which includes in-house diagnostics, digital radiographs, ultrasounds, dental and laser surgeries. Our dedicated staff provides the highest level of veterinary medicine with excellent follow-up care creating lasting relationships with our clients. Our friendly staff’s team approach fosters an enjoyable work environment that promotes individual and professional growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate will take initiative, prioritize tasks, educate both clients and team members and be able to work under minimal supervision. They will also exhibit an ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, and safely handle animals of unknown disposition. Experience is preferred, but we welcome new graduates as well.

You will enjoy two days off in a row every week and one three-day weekend a month. We provide an attractive compensation and a benefits package including insurances, licensing, 401K with match, PTO days, and continuing education.


Veterinary Assistant/CVT:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
– Act as a liaison between the Veterinarian and the client.
– Perform treatments as ordered by the veterinarian such as venipuncture, administer of vaccines, perform digital imagery, prepare and analyze cytology samples, and dispense/administer medications.
– Care for hospitalized and/or boarding patients, including admitting/releasing patients, feeding, medicating, placing IV/UR catheters, and obtaining necessary laboratory samples.
– Prepare patients for surgical procedures/dental prophylaxis and monitor anesthesia. Communicate with and educate our clients.

Patient Care Assistant (PCA):

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
– Restraining Pets during their appointments and for diagnostics
– Preparing all supplies and vaccines needed for appointments
– Preparing and running in-house diagnostics
– Package all samples to send to laboratory
– Cleaning, stocking and prepping exam rooms
– Surgical set-ups and recovery

Client Service Team (CST):

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
– Communicate with clients, doctors, and technicians.
– Basic reception work: answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, check clients in/out, scan documents, check emails.
– Process paperwork, medical records requests, and medication requests.
– Relay client questions/concerns to the appropriate department.
– Provide excellent customer care to all of our clients.
